I placed an order and have already made the payment, how and when will I receive the photos?

After the payment is completed, the images will be sent immediately to your email. The subject of the sent email is: “Download of photos is available”. If you do not receive the email, please contact us via online chat or email [email protected]

The purchased image will be made available without a watermark, with the original quality and resolution of the file that the photographer added to the platform. The resolution can be checked in the image preview during selection.

You do not need to create a Fotto account to buy photos on the platform. Just access the event, add the desired images to the cart, and complete the purchase via Pix or credit card.

The code expires approximately 1 hour after being generated. If you try to make the payment after this period, you may need to return to the cart and generate a new Pix code.

How much do I pay to sell my photos on the Fotto platform?

The platform only charges a 10% commission on the value of each sale. No additional fees are charged for using the platform's features, such as facial and/or numerical recognition. All functionalities are available for you to use at will.

You should contact the organizers of that event, who chose Fotto as the official platform for selling the images.

All amounts received will be automatically transferred to the bank account you register in your Fotto profile. If the order is paid by PIX, the amount will be transferred the next business day in the morning. If the order is paid by credit card, the amount will be transferred the next business day after 30 days from the payment.

There is no weight limit for the files, and the number of images is unlimited.

Fotto only accepts image files in JPEG format.

Currently, the images are available for an indefinite period.
